2.3.1 Customs clearance status check
? Progress of the car(incl. ETA, Customs and CIQ release): Normally 6-8 WD after ATA, need to check daily tracking report and feedback to dealers;
? Progress of the importation certificate (incl. Customs, CIQ,COC/MEP,SAT) : Need to check daily tracking report and feedback to dealer the progress of importation certificates, if dealer require tracking no., check with CC broker and feedback afterwards;
? Special application (incl. re-application of importation certificate, data correction):Fill application form and sent to related colleague and CC broker after confirmation;
? Registration failure: Make initial analysis(e.g. wrong understanding, system transfer problem, wrong data, Homologation related or others), forward to related colleague and feedback to dealer afterwards;
? Check each port daily Customs and CIQ progress;
? Set-up standard answer to dealers for similar questions;
? Summary the questions and feedback to Customs team in weekly base per requested format;

2.3.2 Vehicles status check (hold and release)

? Checking available information and IT system for the answers to the dealers
? Communication with BMW VDC onsite technicians to check the estimated vehicles release information and vehicles rework/TA status
? Communication with BMW internal colleagues for vehicles status
? Supporting dealers’ request to release the cars with the advance agreement by the BMW after sales colleagues or BMW VDC onsite technicians


2.3.3 Vehicles transportation status tracking

? Vehicle system and physical status check via available information and IT system, and answer dealers inquiries on the release status;
? Communication with transportation carriers for dealer arrival date estimation, and providing feedback to the dealers
? Explain the logistics handover standard to the dealers in case dealers hold the handover sheet for whatever reasons;

2.3.4 Complaints

? Capturing complaints or near complaints from the dealers on the logistics service related questions with defined format and documentation requirements
? Solving the questions or problems by providing basic clarification on BMW logistics business principles
? Assignment of the case to BMW logistics responsible process owner for further resolution
? Feeding back the resolution to the dealers
? Open and close the case ticket
? Weekly/monthly service review and handling status report per required format, monthly cases analysis and improvement measures proposal
? Other supporting service per request


Required qualifications:
? Basic business English level
? 1-3 Years relevant working experience in automotive industry and customer care service.
? Capability or quick process understanding for finished vehicle logistics processes
? Excellent communication skills
