职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1. Sales support
1)Monitor and coordinate the field teams Merchandise performance
2)Evaluate the KPI of filed team on Merchandise business
3)Organize and coordinate regular meeting and activities;
4)Provide policy and financial support to region Merchandise business

2. Sales project
1)Implement the merchandise sales project
2)Settle down the project target and KPI
3)Monitor and evaluate the merchandise sales project performance
4)Draft the regular analysis report for each project
5)Provide project training and explanation to the dealers and field team
6)Improve and optimize the project regulations and policy to make the project effective and efficient
7)Project planning manangement

3. Other assigned tasks.
Qualification:

？Net Revenue (MRMB)
？penetration
？Service intake
？DLR CS profitability
Education:
College degree in automotive engineering or business-related major;
Language: Chinese and English
1.10-year automotive dealer management or relevant experience in premium segment;
2.CET-6/TEM-4 or equivalent oral and written English level;
3.Professional appearance and personality to deal directly with dealers and be a representative for the brand to customers if necessary;
4.Self-motivated and committed to the compliance with corporate integrity;
5.Expert in customer service process and customer satisfaction;
6.Extensive understanding of automotive franchising daily business;
7.Team player and be able to work under pressure with high travel
8.frequency;
9.Proficient with Microsoft office & other common computer applications;
10.Good knowledge level of Volvo on commercial/technical systems is a
strong plus.
