1.负责空调、通风等设备运行、维护、保养、维修工作。按指定巡检路线进行每日设备，设施巡检，掌握设备、设施的运行状况，遵守正确的安全操作规程进行设备的操作、维修和保养工作；

2.定期检查所有设备上的相关标识是否与现场情况匹配，参与计划性的空调通风设备的预防性维护工作，负责空调机房的室内清洁和5S工作；
3.对所有关键的空调通风系统、分支系统做好备件使用和统计工作，确保能够提供24小时服务的更换维修；
4.完成主管工程师交办的其他工作；
任职要求:
1.高中或中专以上学历；
2.3年以上空调设施实际操作维护经验；
持制冷证、消防安全员证；
4.中级以上空调等级证。
