职位描述：
Define the process flow定义工艺流程
Compile the process document, design and develop the fixture and equipment, working hour preparation and product flow chart.
进行工艺文件的编制、 工装夹具设备的设计开发、 工时制订及考核、制定产品工作流程等 。
 
Ensure plant can meet all the manufacturing documents and process. And organize regular review.
确保工厂执行所有工艺文件及工艺设置的要求，并定期组织审核。

Ensure that all manufacturing documents and process can meet manufacturing system standard. And organize regular review.
确保所有工艺文件及工艺设置满足制造工艺系统标准，并定期组织审核。

Through the cycle time analysis, line balance analysis, layout optimization, equipment ability promotion etc., continue to improve the BBP indicators.
通过时间研究、线平衡分析、布局优化、设备能力提升等方法，持续进行BBP指标的改善。
Quality Insurance of the deliverables保证质量与交付
Be in charge of the quality execution of Manufacturing tasks ，insure it can be deliverables
.Dominant solving the problems caused by manufacturing process, and the optimization, ensure controlled manufacturing process.
对已经量产的产品的制造过程进行质量管理，确保完成交付。主导由制造过程引起的质量、交付等问题的解决和优化，确保制造过程受控。
Assembly Time Definition装配时间
Uses industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time.
使用工业工程的模式定义装配时间
Product Issue Settlement 产品问题的解决
Makes observations and take measurements directly, as well as collects and interprets data from the other technical and operating staff involved to advise on issue resolution
进行观察并直接采取措施，从其他相关的技术和操作人员处收集并解读数据
Equipments 设备
Support the TPM and equipment check sheet about process demand
对设备的TPM，设备点检，巡检等提出工艺需求建议
Product Launch Completion产品投产
Works with Advance manufacture-Teams to complete product launches
与先期制造团队共同完成产品投产
Raw Material Evalution评估原材料
update MBOM, to ensure that products conform to the requirements of the system cost
定期维护和更新量产品的MBOM，确保产品成本符合系统要求
GMOC
Assist GMOC index requirements.
协助满足GMOC指标要求。
Continuous Improvement持续改进
Participate in and promote the continuous improvement , localization and VA/VE etc..
协助推进并实施公司持续改进，国产化和VA/VE等相关活动，完成相应工作目指标。
