职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Provides the Volvo Car organisations in China with legal support involving legal research and legal advice in matters with limited complexity and risk.
?Supports more senior legal counsels in legal matters mainly in the commercial areas.
?Drafts contracts and develops templates.
?Manages disputes and litigations in China; assist more senior legal counsels in solving complex litigation matters.
Qualification:
?Legal degree (LLB or LLM) from a reputable law school in China and/or an overseas law school;
?Qualified to practice law in China; overseas qualification is a plus.
?2-4 years of experience in practicing corporate and commercial laws at a reputable international law firm;
?Being knowledgeable in commercial law corresponding to the practice experience with a demonstrated interest in business law.
?Excellent legal writing skills in Chinese and English.
?Possesses and applies sound understanding of basic legal principles and concepts within the relevant legal areas.
?Possesses an expressed interest in industry/business and in understanding business strategies and goals.
?Basic analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions and making relevant legal judgements, within set frames and in a timely manner.
Independence
?Ability to handle less complex matters independently, but need supervision, guidance or support in more complex matters.
?Initially generally not experienced enough to independently assume full responsibility to relevant managers in the organisation, will initially require continuous supervision and be provided with frames and guidelines to work within.

?A team player with the ability to guide and advise others in matters of limited complexity.
?Expected to influence and convince colleagues in other areas/departments and/or external groups in less complex matters. Required to liaise/influence/direct others so basic communication and influencing skills are required.
?Basic understanding of the role of an in-house counsel and the Legal function and how it contributes to achieving the objectives of the business.
?Understands the importance of showing integrity and to seek support from more experienced colleagues when required.
