Team Leader, Chinese national / German Director in Beijing
Travelling:
Yes, at least 50% within China, mostly in: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Dongbei area
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Acquisition of new customers and dealers
+ Develop marketing plans, sales targets and application solutions, based on expanding market share with existing customers and acquire new customers
+ Arrange the completion of the company's sales targets
+ Keep good relationship with existing customers
+ Assistance package of sales channels and sales activities.
+ Active support of dealers in all sales question
+ Dealer development
+ Technical advice for customers / dealers
+ Maintain contact with key customers to establish a good working relationship
+ Analysis of competition and marked demand
+ Collect & analyze information about the market for new sales acquisition
+ Preparation of offers
+ Support of order processing
+ Preparation of fairs and demonstrations
+ Submit accurate and regular reports summarizing sales activities, customer relation issues and the sales pipeline status to an agreed format and frequency
+ Other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
+ Engineering degree
+ Technical background
+ Degree related to composited machines
+ At least 3 years of relevant working experience within a sales focus
+ Working experience dealing with Warpknitting, composite field (glass fibers, carbon fibers, windenergy textiles)
+ Knowledge Warpknitting, composite field (glass fibers, carbon fibers, windenergy textiles)
+ Outgoing and extroverted
+ Able to work independently
+ Native chinese speaker
+ Good working knwolwdge in English
+ Works well in a team
+ Customer focus
+ Problem solving ability
+ Willing to work for a trading company
+ Willing to travel extensivelty within China
+ Willing to take over more responsibilities in the future, focussing on Composite Field, as China wide Compositite specialist
+ Male and female ok
+ Located in SH or Bj preferred, but candidates from all over China welcome
+ At least 28 years old, older is preferred
