职位描述：
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责

? Be required to work at supplier site as representative of SQM team.
要求常驻供应商现场，代表供应商管理团队
?Play a strong liaison role between suppliers and customer facilities to ensure program is successfully launched.
在供应商和客户工厂之间扮演一个强力的联络人的角色，以确保项目顺利启动
?Be responsible for the development/assessment of supplier quality system,
负责供应商质量体系的完善/评估
?Periodically audit the existing supplier performance & continue to improve the product quality to drive for continuous improvement in quality/cost savings program.
定期审核现有供应商的表现和产品质量的持续改进，以此推动质量的持续改进及降成本项目
?Working closely with local and global team, communicate and provide technical support to solve the quality issues.
和当地及跨国团队合作，为质量问题的解决交流技术，提供技术支持。

QUALIFICATION任职资格

? BS or above of mechanical engineering or any other related technical disciplines.
机械工程及相关专业本科及以上学历
? At least 5 years working experience, and at least 3 years of experience as production or process Engineer for relevant products or other commodities,
至少5年工作经验，至少3年的相关产品或工艺工程师经验。
? Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures including Total Quality Management, TS16949 etc.
理解质量管理标准及程序，包括TQM, TS 16949 等。
? Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP 等。
精通质量工具，如SPC, DOE, FMEA, PPAP 等。
? Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing。
熟悉精益生产方式。
? Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency.
自我激励，以客户的关注焦点为导向
? Strong project management skills, time management skills, influencing and communication skills are required.
有较强的项目管理能力，时间管理能力，沟通能力。
? Be able to read blue print.
能够读懂图纸
? Good computer skill, and sound presentation skills at all levels.
有良好的计算机能力和面对各个层级的人员的演讲能力
? Good English skills (oral & writing communications).
