岗位职责：
1、按公司标准化程序要求完成工程部的各项工作；
2、负责组织开展医院工程设备设施的维修、保养、运行、管理及维修工作；
3、负责实施节能降耗措施，力求节约能源；
4、负责制定培训计划，定期开展对本部门员工的业务培训；
5、负责监督、检查、指导本部门员工工作，定期对本部门进行考核。



职位要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，32至45周岁；
2、有机电/电气工程/空调暖通/工民建等相关技能；
3、具备至少5年及以上（酒店/物业或工厂）设施维护和管理工作经验，具备相关FM
管理经验者优先；
4、具有较强的资源运用能力和组织、计划与执行、控制、指导、沟通的能力；
5、具有较强的综合事务处理能力；
6、掌握基本专业英语，良好的沟通能力；
7、精通Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)办公软件。
