SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Head of Corporate Communications in devising strategies and executing corporate communication initiatives to enhance the company's image
• Provide support to social media campaigns, corporate sponsorships, marketing activities, government relations, and internal communication
• Organize corporate and media events including press conferences, media familiarization tours, etc
• Draft press releases and other company literatures
• Develop speeches and presentations for senior management
• Handle media requests and inquiries
• Manage the media database
• Lead the production of corporate brochures, newsletters and corporate marketing materials
• Based in Shanghai, she/he will provide assistance in regional communication between head office in Hong Kong and Mainland China office

EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION REQUIRED

• A university graduate, preferably in communications, English, translation or related discipline
• At least 3 years' working experience in PR or corporate communications, ideally gained through working in a PR agency, including at least 2 years in managerial role
• Good writing and presentation skills in Chinese and English
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn, able to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player with good project management ability, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good PC skills (Including PowerPoint and Excel)
