职位描述：
1、 Process Planning and Optimization流程计划和优化
Guides and coordinates Advanced Manufacturing activities within development projects
指导并协调开发与运营项目中的先期生产活动
Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant
确保、支持和发展工厂的生产产能, 控制并审查工厂内对生产***实践和标准的适应情况
2、Quality Insurance of the deliverables保证质量与交付
Be in charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline
对投产系统时间表上安排的先期制造工程任务进行质量管理。
3、Assembly Time Definition装配时间
Uses industrial engineering methods to determine the assembly time.
使用工业工程的模式定义装配时间
4、Equipments 设备
Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with Johnson Controls standards and recommendations for equipment procurement
根据江森自控的标准提供生产设备的规格，并提出针对设备采购的建议
Develops assembly aids and fixtures
开发装配工具及工装
5、Product Launch Completion产品投产
Works with SD-Teams to complete product launches
与同步发展团队共同完成产品投产
6、Raw Material Evalution评估原材料
Evaluates on-line raw material requirements
对线上原材料的需求进行评估
7、Process & Tools Improvement 流程&工具改进
Cooperates with Center of Excellence for further development of Advanced Manufacturing tools and processes ( R )
与优化中心合作，进一步开发先期生产工具和流程
Improves the plant and process layout for new and existing products (AutoCAD, Tecnomatix)
对新产品和现有产品的工厂和流程进行改善（AutoCAD、Tecnomatrix）
Participates and/or leads activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation
参与或领导与生产规模分析、对新的或现有生产流程的持续改进以及精益生产实施相关的活动
任职资格：
1、Education 教育：Bachelor’s Degree, major in engineering preferred. 本科或以上学历，工程专业优先；
2、Job experience 工作经验：Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 0-2 of years working experience in manufacturing or related field.电子或机械工程背景，在制造或相关领域有0-2年工作经验，有座椅面套相关工作经验者优先；
3、Professional knowledge/skills 专业知识/技能：Interior Process Knowledge汽车内饰工艺知识 Tooling Knowledge 模具知识 Equipment specification & procurement 设备规格和采购 Lean Manufacturing 精益生产 CAD Skills (AutoCAD) CAD技巧。 举报 分享
