ACTIVITIES

AREA OF ACTIVITY
Account management
? Generate monthly and annual account, such as accounting statement, balance sheet, income statement, etc
? Make month end pending cost provision
? Review AP invoice and payment request
? Analyze BS Account Analysis
? Reconcile AP account balance with supplier
? Maintain master data of vendor

AREA OF ACTIVITY
Payment planning
? Make weekly cash forecast reports of AP
? Run AP aging report and arrange payment per approve cash forecast

AREA OF ACTIVITY
AP Invoice Validation
? Collect AP invoices and validate in internal system
? Upload the operational system transaction to accounting system

AREA OF ACTIVITY
Timely Report
? Make monthly financial report and supplier invoice list
? Create AP report and cost analysis report

EXPECTED PERFORMANCE
? Review specific BS accounts after monthly closing, clear those long term pending items and provide comment
? Accounting bookkeeping procedure improvement and keep good documentation
? Collect and file accounting document timely

REQUIRED PROFILE

COMPETENCIES
？ Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or related field
？ At least one year background in finance and accounting area in multinational company
？ Logistic industry experience is preferred
？ Team cooperation skills
？ Good communication skills
？ Strong work organization
KNOWLEDGE
Foreign language :
？ Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Computing knowledge :
？ Expertise on MS office software
Other knowledge :
？ Familiar with Kingdee accounting system
？ Mastery in accounting knowledge
