Key responsibilities(abbreviated) :
1.Responsible to achieve the assigned regional business goals including sales target and shared responsibilities within the framework;
2.Jointly establish national sales policy and strategy, play active roles in implementation phase.
3.Establish regional sales concept and responsible to achieve various business goals incl. sales target, market share, and ect;
4.Make dealers in the region profitable and continuous investments on Volvo business

Academic Qualifications Required
-Bachelor degree major in marketing, sales, auto engineering preferred.
Experience Required
-7 years+ experience in automotive sales or strategy related function.
-Good in oral and written English.
-Skilled in Microsoft office software, proficient Excel skill and PPT.
-Self-motivated and independent with good communication skills
