职位描述：
The company is an innovative, medium-sized family-run German company in the business of precision punching and bending technology.

Responsibilities:

Specialist tasks:
-Arrange work plans for production department on the daily basis for save labor cost
-To review the labor work sheets and submit them to HR &Admin Department for cost purpose daily
-To oversee the hardware maintenance and production operations
-To set up and/or improve the operation process to improve the work efficiency.
-To work out production procedures and put into use to reduce the scraps and control the in-progress quality
-To manage the machinery, tooling and facility of the plant
-To lead, motivate and coordinate employees in the production department
-Train and guide the work of production department；
-To produce machine BOM, and make wire layout plan of control panel and deliver it for production

Management tasks:
- Lead team of Sourcing specialist (direct & indirect) to support daily fulfillment need in factory together with planners
- Build up & monitor sourcing process to ensure compliance of sourcing activity
- Drive improvements in sourcing processes including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payable issues, and database

General tasks:
-Setup, optimize all processes for production support, i.e. tools management.
-Actively contributing to cooperation with all others involved and with interface and partners.
-Define the production goal and target, oversee the day-to-day production activities and drive the whole production team to achieve the targets.
-People Management: Selecting, managing, assessing training and promoting employees, to ensure long-term success with motivated employees.
- Actively drive the production team on continues improvement on product quality and production efficiency.
- Technical: lead the new projects and support with technical understanding.
- Direct contact with the Project Manager in Germany and coordinate all information intern.
- Regular team meeting with clear instruction, avoid of delays for the new projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with engineering background.
- 7-10 years' working experience
- Strong in team leading, and able to work in a team and build a team.
- Kind and strong personality.
- Have solid knowledge on metal, plating and stamping.
- Industrial components industry background, automotive-terminals for crimping, electrical components industry are preferred. 举报 分享
