职位描述：
Main task:
You take charge of the companies production team. The company currently uses the following technologies in its production: Swiss type CNC machines, CAM controlled auto lathes, Rotary transfer machines

Responsibilities:
+ Standardize production processes in order to increase efficiency
+ Arrange work plans for production department on the daily basis
+ Reduce machine change over times
+ Increase awareness of operator responsibility for both performance and quality on the shop floor
+ Improve current 5S implementation
+ Responsible for the maintenance, ensure all the equipment is running well and control the cost
+ Push lean production keep going, cut the cost and improve benefit continually
+ Train and guide the work of production department

Requirements:
+ Production manager with at least 5 years management experience
+ At least 5 years working experience in the area of CNC turning
+ Experience in Lean Management
+ Experience in Quality Management, Maintenance or Logistics is a plus
+ Good English in reading and writing 举报 分享
