*按照相关的政策法规，维护所在物业的正常安保工作，带领本部人员依据岗位职责认真做好治安、防火、交通等工作，落实各项措施，全面负责园区的安全、消防工作。
*及时做好保安部人员的岗位培训及日常考核工作。
*负责保安队的内务管理和考勤工作；定时检查各岗位工作情况。
*完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
*28岁到 40岁，大专以上学历。
*身高 175cm以上，具有 5 年以上物业行业工作经验，熟悉保安工作程序。
*具备服务意识和良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强。
*工作主动性强，有严谨的工作态度和高度责任感。
*熟悉和掌握相关的法律、治安、消防、紧急情况处理等专业知识。
*持《物业保安经理上岗证》或《注册安全主任资格证》优先；退役军官优先。
*此职位工作地点在天津。
