职位描述：
Responsibilities（岗位职责）
1.Implements quality system, solves product processing problem timely, ensures product and service quality, meets and exceeds customer requirements.贯彻执行质量体系，及时处理在产品生产过程中的问题，保证产品和服务质量, 满足甚至超越客户需求
2.Assists to implement quality system and process audit, and track corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively uses suitable quality improvement tools and promote in workplace, to improve quality control.按计划协助实施质量体系及过程审核并跟踪改进措施。在工作中积极使用适当的质量改进工具并进行大力推广，促进质量控制方面的改进
3.Completes product quality inspection and control document.制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件
4.Be responsible for daily production quality management. Schedule meeting，Disposal production with defect.负责日常生产线的产品质量管理. 定期召开质量会议,处理不良品
5.Completes and executes product and process audit policy, continuously improves product quality.制定并执行产品和过程审核制度，持续提高产品质量
6.Be responsible for maintenance and testing of product inspection tools.负责产品检具的维护和验证
7.Deals with customer complaints, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and regularly communicates with customer.处理客户抱怨，确保及时给予客户反馈，并与客户定期交流
8.Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvement plan according to confirmed schedule.收集及汇总质量数据，按所确定的周期汇报并制定改进方案
9.Assists to set up and implement process statistic and analysis, continuously improves product quality.协助建立并实施过程统计和分析, 持续改进产品质量
10.Be responsible for continuously decrease RPPM and IPPM.负责RPPM和IPPM的持续降低
11.Improves Process Quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes.通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高质量制程的竞争力和客户满意度
12.Be responsible quality problem collect after PV build and feedback to AQE on new program.负责新项目PV后问题的收集，建立问题清单，并反馈给AQE
13.Be responsible cooperated resource to check part on every build after PV build.负责PV制造后各节点检查人员的协调
14.Be responsible check and accept tools,estabulish record on new program.负责新项目检具验收，建立检具档案
15.Be responsible foam characteristic and appearance and feedback to AQE.负责新项目泡沫性能与外观持续跟踪,收集问题,反馈给AQE.

Competency Requirements（能力要求）
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先。
2.3– 5 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred. 0– 2 年质量工作经验，汽车行业优先。
3.Quality management knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.）质量管理知识(TS16949, 控制计划，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等)
4.Quality tools APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA,Quality System Audit. 质量工具 APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
