Key responsibilities:
1. Establish strong and efficient internal controls at Volvo China operations including wholly owned foreign sub; representative offices; and other legal forms.
2. Recommends to management for risks control strategy planning.
3. Maintain objectivity, independence, and due professional care consistent with VCC and external standards.
4. Improve organizational efficiency and operating environment by performing regular business processes evaluation and polices optimization.
5. Formulate and implement self assessment tool to ensure entities’ compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Ensure the operation perform according internal control procedure on testing of key business process with high risk.
7. Ensure efficient implementation of corrective actions for issues identified.
8. Prepare internal control metrics / presentations for management meeting or Central Finance review.
9. Lead business system implementation (e.g., SAP, internal control system) consolidating the requirements from PRC GAAP and IFRS as well as efficiency of cross-function processes.
10. Help internal control team members set career path and achieve the targets.

Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree, with major in accounting, finance, business, economics, MBA is desired.
2. Professional Certification: CIA / CPA preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of control concepts and practices, financial and business continuous.
4. Minimum 8 years of internal audit experience or combined auditing, accounting or consulting experience with MNC.
5. Ability to proactively scope, plan and execute internal control programs and reviews.
6. Strong interpersonal, logical thinking and reasoning, problem-solving skills.
7. Capable of leading, managing and developing a team.
8. Demonstrated leadership abilities
9. High levels of ethics, integrity and objectivity.
10. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
