职位描述：
Responsibility:
? Work with board of Directors on the strategic vision including fostering and
cultivating stakeholder relationships on city, state, and national levels, as well as assisting in
the development and negotiation of contracts.
? Create financial assessments of complex business models of international company structures,
operative changes and strategic options and pass the analytical finding, decisions and
recommendations to the board of directors
? Participate in developing new business, specifically: assist in identifying new funding
opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost
effectiveness of prospective service delivery.
 Plausibility testing of business plans, create cashflow statements and financial accounts
? Test opportunities and risks of investments
? Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization
including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding
agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
? Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the
organization and oversee federal awards and programs.
? Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors ensuring all audit issues are
resolved, and all compliance issues are met, and the preparation of the annual financial
statements is in accordance to federal, state and other required supplementary schedules and
information.
? Monitor banking activities of the organization
? Develop and foster the relations to external credit grantors and other institutions which have a
financial importance for the organization

Requirement:
Completion of a master's degree or comparable at an accredited university
? CEO/CFO experience with a large global organization that underwent a major restructuring or
long-term experience as (Senior) consultant with extended experience in financial transactions,
complex international restructuring situations, financings etc.
? Strong Corporate Finance knowledge and experience with IPO
? Excellent working knowledge and experience in both Chinese Accounting Standards and
International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, PRC
GAAP and tax regulations)
? Familiar with policies and laws of China and Hong Kong
? Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
? Consolidated knowledge of economic topics, especially finance, controlling and accounting
? Ideally knowledge of the Asian waste management market and a regional network or rather the
ability to build a network Experienced, goal-oriented and dynamic personality with distinct communicational skills as well as negotiating skills and a sovereign appearance
? Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities
? Analytic, strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with high level of process orientation
? Consolidated concept of leading as well as the ability to establish a relational level with others and to motivate them
? Very high intercultural competence with a balanced relationship between assertiveness and
diplomatic skills
