职位描述：
Tech Mahindra – HR intern – Shanghai, China

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Data Maintenance of EMS and Implementation of PACEHR
- Manage and update leave attendance and check required documents
- Maintenance of Headcount report and employee information
- Support in on-boarding and exiting process
- Manage and track the application of work permit and residence permit for expats
- Employment contract and personal file management
- Support team building and CSR actives


Learning and growing:

- Gain knowledge of employment regulations and HR process
- Gain understanding and appreciation of working for a multi international company and it is various operational parts.

Attendance requirement:

- At least three (3) days per week.
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Good English Speaking and Writing
