职位描述：
1. 保持与业务线的良好沟通，主动及时提供专业建议和支持，及时反馈和解决团队发展需求；
2. 负责招聘和人才配置优化等工作，保障骨干员工的稳定性；
3. 负责落实推进公司绩效考核政策，提出激励计划和具体实施办法；
4. 协助负责人进行团队建设规划、文化建设，营造良好的员工关系，策划与组织员工活动，防范与处理劳资风险；
5. 贯彻与推行总部的各项人力资源政策，确保人力资源管理工作绩效的同步实现。

任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历，有猎头、物业、劳动密集型行业HR从业经验优先；
2. 了解人力资源各模块工作，熟练掌握招聘及员工关系两大模块；
3. 具备较丰富的企业人才招募和组织体系的建立与推行工作经验；
4. 具备优秀的职业素养，能承受一定的工作压力；
5. 优秀的沟通协调能力，具备良好的敬业精神和责任心，工作积极主动 举报 分享
