Essential Job Functions
1.Lead local & global cross functional team to implement NPD/VAVE and transfer projects per annual plan.
2.Secure order fulfillment, support the quality improvement and lean activity for CTV chiller manufacture process. ECR/ECO process.
3.Carry out NCI/PPAP activities, work with team to specify and verify outsourced components.
4.Manage bills of material and change control continuous improvement activities.
5.Provide engineering support to engineering system team, drafting team, ME etc.
6.Provide CTV chiller consultant to Marketing, PSS and service to support business growth.

Critical Experiences
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC, Mechanical or equivalent
2.2 years+ NPD/VAVE project management experience as project leader, especially working with local & global cross functional team
3.Good command of English in both spoken and written
4.3 years+ experience in related jobs
5.Strong capability on chiller product key components and system design
6.Good communication and impact skill inside and outside
7.Perfect skills in Ms Office (eg, word. Excel, power point, Project)
8.NPD/NPI/Lean six sigma knowledge and experience are a plus
9.Pressure vessel design experience is a plus, especially for PED/ASME
10.Heat transfer design experience/compressor & motor design experience is a plus
11.Working knowledge of latest installed computer-aided design software
