PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for VRF product daliy work, work with all function team to improve the product quality, operation excellence and product cost structure.
2.Coordination of a team of Electrical, Analysis and Mechanical engineers and Technicians for the product exetension
3.Develop major components for VRFair conditioning
4.Work with supplier to qualify the all critical parts, provide technical specification and qualification requirement for manufacturing & sourcing team.
5.Plan the procedure of product test and data analysis
6.Implement actively given by team leader, continuously support leader to validate overall system performance
7.Understand and implement ECO in Taicang
8.Provide technical data for catalogues and specifications
9.Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.
10.Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.
11.Ability to work regularly and dependably.
12.Ability to function in a team environment.
13.Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.BS or Master Degree in Engineering with emphasis in Thermodynamics, heat Transfer and refrigeration.
2.3+ years experience in unitary or light commercial product engineering, VRF knowledge is preferred.
3.Factory working experience is a plus
4.Good communication and teamwork skills
5.Good PC skill
6.English written, spoken and reading mandatory
