职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
1.依据Volvo标准，主持编制、审核设备RFQ中电控部分。Based on Volvo standard, compile and audit the RFQ electrical section.
2.项目阶段开发RFQ 。To develop RFQ of equipment during project phase .
3.和采购合作，完成设备招标过程的技术评价 work with purchasing to complete the bidding process
4.支持其它设备的电控技术方案、程序的审核. Support to check and verify the proposal of electrical portion.
5.对供应商提供的电气图纸、PLC控制程序进行审核. Review the electrical drawing and PLC program.
6.支持审核输送线等关键设备的电控系统技术方案. Audit the programme of keypoint equipment, e.g conveyor line, filling equipment.
7.理解并负责Andon 系统RFQ的编制，系统的安装和调试. Understand and compile the ANDON system RFQ, Responsible for the installation and debugging
8.参与跨部门沟通协作，达成VCC 电控技术标准化的实现. Cross-functional communication, make the equipment follow the Volvo standard.
9.按照技术任务书跟踪项目设计、制造及安装。理解并在工作中执行VOLVO标准。Make the project on schedule, supervise suppliers to complete all the work at each node. catch up and implement the VOLVO standard
10.支持设备移交相关工作 support to handover of equipment to final customer

Requirements:
？熟悉工业自动化的原理，熟练阅读电路原理图、气动原理图等，同时根据原理图来分析？解决总装自动化生产线在运作中发生的问题；Familiar at automatic process control theory, Fluent reading electric installation drawing, pneumatic chart. And Analizing the problem by schematic diagram.
？掌握机器人的基本原理、编程。Know basic robot principle, can do robot-programming.
对自动化控制过程中发生的故障进行快速、有效分析处理，熟悉VOLVO系统的模拟工具；Be familiar with the theory of PLC, according to the theory to analysis and solve the automatic problem in time, be familiar with VOLVO simulation tool.（选项option ）
？熟悉西门子PLC，熟练使用SIEMENS step 7以及WIN CC编程，熟练使用EPLAN。
Familiar with SIEMENS PLC,experienced to use SIEMENS step 7 and WIN CC for programming,experienced to use EPLAN.
？熟悉车辆过程跟踪 RFID ，有导入应用该系统的经验。Be familiar with the production cars application of RFID.
？能够熟练运用Office，AUTOCAD, EPLAN
？主动学习，掌握VCC的电控技术标准，并贯彻运用；Actively learn VOLVO electrical standard, and follow it.
？采用GPDS、BMS和E-card工作方法开展工作。Working by GPDS/BMS/E-card.
？较强的沟通表达及组织协调能力，与工程师共同分析,解决问题。Be good at expressing, communication and coordination, lead team member to investigate and solve issues.
？有在合资企业与外方人员一起工作的经历优先，并且英语口语、书写熟练。 Working experience with foreign staff in joint venture preferred, fluent Engilsh in oral and writing.
