职位描述：
Responsible for the whole finance issue
Payment requisition review to ensure voucher keyed in timely and accurately.
Supervise monthly closure and support FM to complete comments file
Supervise monthly tax declaration (such as VAT & refunding export tax & local fund & stamp tax & IIT ect.)
Voucher management.
responsible for bank transfer & settlement of exchange, capital investment, loans
responsible for credit check ,payment check to supplier.
Supervise business license audit, renew business license
Organize fixed assets taking to ensure property completely
Win and lost calculation according German standart
Scrap calculation
Cost calculation to costumer
Dealing with customer Duty-TAX, VAT
5 year cost plan, forcast, sales amount
yearly balance
prepare the monthly financial report (balance sheet & PL)to GM
prepare the GUV report to GM
responsible for yearly liquidity plan
Supervise annual external audit


Requirement:
+ Chinese native with fluent or very good working level english
+ With 7-10 years working experince in Finacial area
+ needs to have existing working experience in a best german otherwise western/northern European company or other western company background
+ Bachelor degree in finance field
