Job Title: ER Manager
Function/Department: HR Department
Job Qualification
Level of Education: College’s degree or above, majoring in HR management OR Economy Management preferred.
Experience: Related HR work experience of at least 5 years, familiar with Labor Law and related regulations.
Foreign Language: Good written English and oral English.
Computer Skills: Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Primary Purpose: Listen, investigate and manage labour dissensions among employees or between employee and the company, so as to manage well labour relationship, employee and employer relationship, and create harmonious and effective environment to improve work efficiency.
Key Responsibilities (DO!)
1. Build and maintain a good relationship with labour bureau to get the most updated information. Participate in the development of policies and flow of the labour contract and its accessories’ sign, continuous, ending and rescind;
2. Resolve labour bother, arbitration and lawsuit. Investigate the case, draft the analysis report and design the management measure so as to carry out ARAMARK related policy strictly and protect the legality benefits of the company and employees;
3. Offer consultation, explanation and appliance of ER policies and laws for all departments and employees to ensure the healthy and concordant labour relationship of company;
4. Develop ARAMARK communication system to guarantee the smooth communication among employees, and between employees and company;
5. Plan, organize, arrange and implement all kinds of internal and external HR related activities to develop employee relation;
6. Provide HR team and Account Managers with training and guidance to increase their understanding of ARAMARK ER policies;
7. Supervise the implementation of performance management system in ARAMARK, and provide relevant training;
8. Assist HR Director to build up ARAMARK termination review procedure. Review all involuntary termination cases to ensure to comply with State and local laws, as well as ARAMARK polices and regulations;
9. Assist HR Director to build and vindicate the culture of the company to ensure the highly performing engaged workforce produced by the culture of the company.
10. Last but not least ,Please be good at HR Knowledge ,Business Knowledge,Consulting Skills,Communication Skill and Problem Solving.
