Principal Objectives:

This position will be mainly responsible for shipper/divider/pad development, plus transit test and logistics parameter maintenance.

Accountabilities:

1. Outside package developer

• Get the fact sheet for each new program/kit set and learn the BOM structure
• Work with TPM to handle shipper/divider/pad developments for the products produced at TPM
• Coordinate the transit test for new kit sets and verify the test result
• Apply codes for shipper/divider/pad, and add spec into PDS system, and approve the standard samples of shipper/divider/pad
• Define the pallet layout for each new kit set and pass to TPM
• Compose kit assembly instruction for each new kit set and pass to TPM for kit assembly, and then conduct training to TPM and monitor gift assembly startup

2. Be a point of contact (POC) between planner/TPM and Product Development/global Manufacturing Engineer resource to coordinate test fills

• Collect ther right manufacturing parameters and put in place at TPM
• Work with Product Development to evaluate test fill samples
• Work with related resource to provide technical support to TPM
• Troubleshot any issues pop-up in dynamic circumstance

3. Be a POC between TPM and Package component developer to coordinate line trial at TPM for new development

· Setup the line trial

· Evaluate the samples and feedback to the developer

4. Pursue manufacturing excellence

• Optimize filling parameter in terms of cost/quality
• Implement best of practice at TPM

5. Take care logistics parameter entry (LPWB)

6. Other tasks assigned

Background

Education

University graduate, major in Material science, Packaging or Chemistry, good at English is a plus.

Work Experience

At least 5 years' working related experience in a multinational company, prefer cosmetics industry
