职位描述：
Act as a single point of contact for Authorized Users deals with all Incidents and Service Requests
- Language proficiency in English (Level 4), Chinese (Mandarin – Level 5) and German (Level 3)
- Receiving, logging and managing calls from Authorized Users via telephone and email
- Maintaining an Asset Database and track changes
- 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems
- Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging Tool. (HPSC)
- Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Provide stats for the weekly Service Desk report on call trends
- Provide and continuously update a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) regarding the Services
- Deployment of Standard-, Customer as well as Office-Produkt- Software (not SAP-Software)
- Create Layout and maintenance of Documentations(DTP = Desk Top Publishing)
- Entry of Texts with Text entry systems, according to the template

Qualifications:
- An ITIL V3 Foundation certified
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent organizational skills
- 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required
- Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems 举报 分享
