Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
R&D Manager Indoor
Travelling:
Rarely
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Design of new components (3D-data and drawings)
+ Communicate project items with external partners, AKW (our headquarter) and suppliers
+ Design of new machines (medium-term)
+ Release of new components
+ Take part in product improvements
Requirements:
+ Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
+ More than 3 years experience in product development with good knowledge in plastic parts design
+ Good understanding of the product development and release process
+ Customer focus - willingness to understand customer requirements and transfer to suitable products
+ Experience with Catia V5
+ Working as part of an international team he or she should have a multicultural mindset
+ Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin
