Salarry:

Location:
Changshu, Jiangsu Province, China

Reporting to:
R&D Manager Indoor

Travelling:
Rarely

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Preparation and documentation of prototype machines
+ Carry out endurance and performance tests
+ Evaluation and documentation of testing results
+ Communicate the results derived with project leader, purchasing, quality and design department in China and / or the headquarter in Germany
+ Monitoring of necessary measures and activities

Requirements:
+ Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
+ More than 3 years experience with knowledge in measurement techniques and testing procedures
+ Good understanding of the product development and release process
+ Customer focus - willingness to understand customer requirements and transfer to suitable products
+ Working as part of an international team he or she should have a multicultural mindset
+ Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin
