Key responsibilities：
? Act as the Purchasing representative within the Program Team, as well as the Program representative within Purchasing.
? Secure together with Purchasing Organisation that the Purchasing deliverables are met in line with the program requirements.
? Ensure that Purchasing deliverables are reflected in the Overall Program Plan and the plan is feasible from a Purchasing perspective.
? Co-ordinate and report Sourcing activities with Line Purchasing for Program related issues.
? Responsibility to ensure that Purchasing deliverables are reported at the Program Gate Reviews.
? Communication of Program information and supplier performance to the Line Organization and Program Management Group.
? Steer and follow-up with the Line Organization to reach Quality, Cost and Delivery demands in respective projects.
? Participate in the development of working methods and Continuous Improvement projects.
? Ensure that Purchasing Program Targets are met and defined.
? Key Purchasing interface within the Industrial and Business Program Teams.
? Plan, inform and implement project requirements together with Managers within Purchasing, Quality and Logistics.
? Key Purchasing contact during the entire program period.
? Conduct reviews to ensure that Program deliverables are met.
? Escalate issues and roadblocks when needed.
Qualification：
? University degree and/or above, preferably in Business Administration Degree or Engineering/Mechanics;
? Minimum 3 years of experience of working in vehicle programs or project management related roles within the automotive industry;
Good knowledge about VPDS (deliverables, processes and organization) or similar vehicle development system;
? Fluent English, and good communication and interpersonal skills;
? Self-motivated, team player, and capable of working under stress
