职位描述：
+ Be responsible to improve the performance and the quality of the existing products as well as to develop new soft PVC formula.
+ Be in charge of all new products development from the production of samples at the lab scale to the validation through production pilot runs.
+ Be in charge to characterize the products: mechanical properties, aging properties, thermal resistance, colour specifications, transparency specifications, fire resistance, conductivity, hardness, etc.
+ Be also the technical contact with the raw material suppliers and responsible of the validation of the incoming raw materials.
+ work closely with external laboratories and will be responsible of the compliance of the products with regulation.
+ Be as the technically support the quality and the production department on new or existing products.

+ Requirements:
+ Strong autonomy, rigorous and curiosity are the main attended skills.
+ Master of science in chemistry or in plastic processing (or chemical engineer or plastic industry engineer)
+ Have knowledge about soft PVC formulation and raw material (pvc resin, plasticizers, stabilisers, anti-UV, pigments, etc…).
+ Have experience in plastic transformation (extrusion, injection, calendaring, etc…).
+ Willing to work in Zhongshan
