职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Support activities within area of responsibility and represents Manufacturing Engineering as well as the plants towards other departments in technical discussions.
? Follow up relevant suppliers according to quality, time and cost
? Ensure the input to analysis and verification needs.
? Drive and follow-up of "manufacturing attributes" within area of responsibility (quality, man-hours, cost efficiency, environment, flexibility and change over).
? Deliver documentation describing the Manufacturing Engineering deliverables.
? Summarize and report necessary deliverables and any deviations from the ME requirements within the responsible area.
? Coordinate changes from EU and R&D towards implementation in plant
? Participate and plans ME activities during program pre-series built.
? Simultaneously give design feedback to Research and Development department.
? Create and follow up various instructions needed for production and other areas.

? Management skills for leading and developing people and coordinating tasks within the group

? Strong ability to co-operate
? High communications skills
? Flexible and with Courage and Integrity
? Transparent and an ability to learn from own mistakes.
? BIW, Geometry and joining experience.
