职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1. Produce short and strategic targets in purpose to develop and make the operation more effective
2. Identify and develop the staff’s excellence with in the responsibility area and secure right resources are available to run the operation in an efficient way.
3. Responsible that all inspections are executed and reported according to agreements.
4. To create and maintain the “safety first” mind-set for the staff.
5. Support the team developing according to VCCD quality directions and VCMS AM step development.
Qualification:

1. secondary specialized or technical school above, engineering major required.
2. 2 years working experience of quality management, excellent graduating students is accepted
3. Needs experience with product quality inspections
4. need a critical and analytic mind
5. Basic knowledge about MS-office tools as Excel, word, powerpoint.
6. Creative and takes own initiatives (be pro-active)
