？ Implement the homologation plan and prepare certificates in accordance with project plan, including running changes.
？ Continuously monitor the homologation activities and communicate to the Homologation team and Project Leaders.
？ Establish and follow timelines for homologation activities.
？ Ensure that the COP activities are planned and implemented for each and monitored.
？ Recognise (together with Legal Requirement experts) existing legal requirements and inform / assist the affected department.
？ Create test requirements calculations for each model year.
？ Communicate with VCC (inform the relevant departments within the line organisation and projects in Sweden as well as the organisation in China).
？ Represent the VCC and express opinions in the regulatory / homologation context.
？ Request support, information and results from R&D for the homologation process.
？ To ensure that emerging information about product concerns are steered into the Product Compliance Office (PCO) in Gothenburg.
？ Help coordinate actions with the PCO regarding concerns whether critical or not.
？ Support in the finding of a solution to the critical concerns and then help upon the appropriate actions to be taken.
？ Take the lead in the communication with the Chinese Authorities regarding Critical Concerns Recall Information and campaigns.
？ Carry out and follow-up the appropriate action in China.

？ Bachelors or Masters Degree in engineering, or related degree relevant for the automotive sector.
？ At least two years experience in the vehicle homologation field.
？ Good level of English and Chinese.
？ Knowledge in engine and safety development is a benefit.
？ Self-motivated and proactive, with an analytical mindset.
？ Have a good sense of the homologation business.
？ Have the ability to work effectively with individuals within and outside the team, on all levels of the company.
？ Have a hands-on, flexible and creative approach.
？ Good cross-cultural understanding.
？ Used to a fast-moving environment.
