职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Proactively identifying and selling system opportunities to bring real benefit to business
o Actively work with global and ASOR business team to define and analyze the business requirements, align the most appropriate technical application or configuration solutions.
o Participant in prospects RFP bidding process to sell GEFCO IT system capacity as IT technical perspective to support business development.
o Assist business team to discuss and understand the points of view of various stakeholders and move forwards agreed solution
? Working on the full system development life cycle from requirements gathering, defining project scope , system design and testing till system go live.
o Provide input for business case development and user documentation of business requirement specification (BRS)
o Preparing the requirement and function specification based on the requirement analysis.
o Work closely with cooperate team for gap analysis and system deployment
o Work closely with regional development team to make sure the application will be implemented as designed in requirement specification.
o Provide assistance in user acceptance test (UAT) to verify user requirements are met.
o In charge of preparing the user manual and configuration guild in detail and providing application training to business team key user.
? Accountable for providing the continual improvement and enhancement for business system
o Continue evaluating existing business processes and identify opportunities for business system improvement.
o Realize the operational process integration between IT system and business flow.
o Develop and maintain long-term consulting relationships with customers and internal business team, including identifying the gap between IT system and the expectation of process optimization.
? Accountable to provide system support on daily basis.
o As the level 2 support to provide the IT support service to end users/customers in case they face any issues or incident during the application usage, assist analyzing and giving solution or forward the service request to Level 3 support line if requested.
o Providing the necessary technical support to joint venture to ensure IT system running properly
Requirement:
? At least 5 years experience in IT business application/customer technology solution in international transportation/logistics industry.
? In depth understanding of project lifecycle and strong project management skill
? Experienced in coordination with global IT team, business team and customers.
? Experienced in relationship with service provider, outsourcer or subcontractor
?Hands on experience, service and customer oriented, innovative with new technology and achievement focused.
? Dynamic, committed and dedicated
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ability to work in a multi-dimensional organization and work with people from diverse cultures.
? Strong client interaction, communication, presentation and consulting skills
? Fluent in English (Working language within the region)
? French Understanding Appreciated
? Experience in system interface via messaging gateway
? In depth knowledge of application data mart architecture, design and implementation
? Knowledge on SaaS and/or CRM/ERP system is highly desirable
? Experience in J2EE or .net
