职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for implementing the business systems to serve ASOR(ASIA) business on the technical side.
o Participant in business application design with business system analyst and business team to build up the applications and take ownership through the software development cycle for developing and implementing business applications to meet different functions' requirements.
o Work together with cooperate IT team closely to ensure the business application implemented smoothly.
? Responsible for providing the IT application development and customization services
o Providing the system development and customization services to the IT applications as per the requirement from business side.
o Follow cooperate development standards and guideline to ensure the good quality at the whole cycle of application development.
o Continually optimize the functionality for those applications that they are being used by end customer and providing the optimization suggestions at technical level to business or IT business analysts team if the applications are provided by global team.
? Providing the technical support to ensure the IT applications are running in good condition
o In charge of the local technical support for cooperate or regional applications.
o As the level 3 support to provide the IT support to end customers in case receive the request from level 2 , and to provide solution or forward the service request to cooperate team if it is out of local capability.
o In charge of the database maintenance and technical support for local systems.
? Providing Support on tailor-made reporting needs from local users.
o To use the standard business intelligence tools to help operation and business team with regular and ad-hoc business reporting requirements including business analysis, business planning, Finance controlling, forecasting.
o In charge of data warehouse implementation and maintenance.
o Continue to evaluate existing business reporting and identify opportunities for business process optimization.
Requirement:
? At least 5 years experience in customer technology solution in international transportation/logistics industry.
? In depth understanding of project lifecycle and strong project management skill
? Experienced in coordination with global IT team, business team and customers.
? Experienced in relationship with service provider, outsourcer or subcontractor
? Hands on experience, service and customer oriented, innovative with new technology and achievement focused.
? Dynamic, committed and dedicated
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ability to work in a multi-dimensional organization and work with people from diverse cultures.
? Strong client interaction, communication, presentation and consulting skills
? Fluent in English (Working language within the region)
? French Understanding Appreciated
? Experience in business intelligence reporting development.
? Experience in system interface via messaging gateway
? Knowledge on database (Oracle), Java, Eclipse, and other object oriented programming environment
? Knowledge on SaaS and/or CRM/ERP system is highly desirable
