Position Title: Industry Technical Consultant - Chemical Process Industry, APAC

Location: Chinese Mainland or Singapore

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.To provide on-site technical support, technical audits and trouble-shooting to ensure successful applications of Nalco's program and satisfied customers

2.To help develop sales force technical competency through classroom technical training and field consultations. This includes identifying and developing the training and reference materials needed for field sales training programs

3.To conduct technical presentation and consultation at customer's site to facilitate the sales process and help customer understand Nalco program values and advantages

4. To conduct technical presentations at customer seminars to help promote Nalco technology and strengthen Nalco market leading position

5. To ensure implementation of Program Best Practices, perform BPGA audit and transfer technical know-how to sales force

6. Develop SME development process

7. To support the implementation of marketing plan, conduct technology situational analysis, new programs introduction, performance benchmarking, Technology Ideation and etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

1. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical/Environmental Engineering or equivalent discipline

2. At least 7 years working experience under CPI operations, process and chemical environment

3. Excellent communications and presentation skills
