Main responsibilities
? Act as a liaison between central TM and plant HR to ensure alignment and to drive organizational effectiveness.
? Leading site TM team providing solutions on talent management best-practices and programs to plant.
? Support plant with delivery of recruitment policies and processes, on boarding programs, employer branding, and ultimately fulfil the talent acquisition targets.
? Lead, support and execute talent management programs (including performance management, succession plan, organizational development, and competence development)
? Corporate Culture alignment and promotion.
? Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above
Experience Required
? At least 8-10 years of HR experience, plant background preferred
? Minimum 2 years in managerial position
? Experience on needs analysis and solution development project
? Experience on covering Talent Acquisition and the related projects
? Experience on training delivering and facilitation
Competencies
? Excellent written and spoken communication in Mandarin and English
? Strong cross-functional and business oriented communication skill
? Have a proactive work attitude
? Able to work independently and make decisions
? Good team player with strong team building capability
? MS-office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web technologies for internal communication and training delivery
