Position Title Product Follow up Engineer
Name of Position holder
Purpose of the Position To manage product follow up function within area of responsibility and related investigations.
To organize product follow up, investigate and feedback valuable information for product improvement, as well as maintaining fluent communications with dealers and CMQ (Current Model Quality).

Key responsibilities ? Identify, define, quantify, and prioritize product deviations, trends and early warnings from the market based on multiple in-data sources e.g. TIE Vehicle Reports (VR), TJ, SPJ Warranty / QW90, Customer relations and Technical Support, and provide sufficient feedback for product improvement purpose.
? Initiate to collect/update sufficient information to support identified quality issues and follow up solutions e.g. SACS.
? Responsible for updating and securing agreed targets in SACS.
? Issue Technical Journals/Service Product Journals within area of responsibility.
? Support CCM department with technical related questions/analysis.
? Give feedback to parts department regarding escalating trends that may impact parts availability to dealers.
? Responsible for organizing dealer meetings within job scope.
? Establish and maintain communication between CMQ and dealers by e-systems and other tools on a daily basis.
? Initiate, execute and follow up activities as required to ensure that key responsibilities are meet.
Key Performance Measurement ? Collect data for SACS case building.
? Provide information updates for SACS concerns items and data bi-weekly to the issuer of the SACS concern.
? Update Top Quality Concern status (one pagers) on a monthly basis
Academic Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience Required Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the automotive field.
Must have general understanding of customer service business.
Preferably experience of dealer network management in related area

English skills:
Verbal and written.

PC skills:
Good with: Words, XLS, PPT and WEB based applications.

Communication and interpersonal skills:
Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.

Leadership skills:
Develop

Ability to act independently:
Good Team working skills and networking ability. Analytical and self driven person with inspirational and motivating appearance.
