职位描述：
Main Tasks:
？ Deliver cost estimates (piece-price and tooling) and fact based negotiation arguments for new sourcing program and engineering changes;
？ Actively support buyers in fact based negotiations in order to meet the estimated should cost;
？ Deliver should cost and delta analysis for raw material claims;
？ Deliver cost targets on PSS level in new programs;
？ Support R&D with cost specialist competencies when evaluating and selecting technical concepts;
？ Collecting information on site and maintaining the cost database for Asia (labor cost, machine hourly rate, logistics...);
？ Analyzing and identifying the differences of cost factors between Asia and Europe.

Qualifications and Requirements:
？ Candidate qualification:
？ General technical knowledge in vehicle product and production;
？ Over 8 years’ experience in CE, R&D, SQM or Process Engineer based on auto industry;
？ Knowledge on piece-price and tooling cost bottom-up calculating methodology;
？ Knowledge on Tooling cost structure will be an advantage;
？ Knowledge on manufacturing process, die-casting and/or stamping will be an advantage;
？ Knowledge on basic Raw Material market price and trend;
？ Knowledge on SG&A, Profit and basic finance term (TARR, NPV, EEBIT…);
？ Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engine related will be an advantage;
？ Good computer skills in Office, especially in EXCEL.
？ Personal requirement:
？ Hard-working, quick-learning ability;
？ Good negotiation skill;
？ Analytical & solution oriented mindset;
