职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1、培训与指导现场设备维修人员正确维修和保养现场设备；
Train and provide guidance to maintenance operators how to maintain the equipment on site;
2、及时、高效地诊断并解决机械设备故障，分析原因，制定预防措施，保证生产顺利进行
Diagnose and solve the breakdown in time, analyze the root cause and prevent repetition, guaranteeing the continuous production;
3、制定、完善机械设备管理规章制度，建立并贯彻落实机械设备管理规范
Formulate and perfect the rules of equipment management, build and implement the rules;
4、进行设备升级改造以提高机械效率
Upgrading and rebuilding for improving efficiency;
5、设备备品备件的选型和确认
Select and confirm the spare parts;
6、配合新项目的前期准备、进厂安装、调试和交付；
Cooperate with ME for new project preparation, installation, commissioning and delivery
Qualification:

1、本科以上学历，从事冲压设备维修工作3年以上，具备独立分析和解决设备问题的能力；
Bachelor above，working on stamping equipment for more than 3 years, have the ability of analysing and solving equipment problems independently;
2、熟练使用绘图工具，如CAD,CATIA等；
Proficiency in using drawing tools, such as CAD, CATIA;
3、熟悉冲压设备的运行原理，能够看懂机械图、液压原理图、气路图，根据原理图来分析解决发生的问题；
Be familiar with the theory of equipment in stamping, knowing the mechanical drawing, the hydraulic drawing, pneumatic drawing. Have the ability to analysis and solve the equipment problem on press line according to the theoretical drawing;
4、能看懂英文说明书；
Be able to read the English documentation of equipment;
5、能够熟练运用Office；
Skilled to use office.
