职位描述：
Key responsibilities:

1 Drive the execution of Control Plan and secure the timely update.
2 Validation of specifications/PII/TPD/TPII.
3 Drive the verification of product and process changes.
4 Lead the 2nd. line analysis after handshake through Gemba.
5 Cross-functionally support the issues lead by VRT leader.
6 Drive and follow up the implementation of containment measures.
7 Support the implementation of corrective actions and drive to provide production with TPII.
8 Drive quality improvement together with VRT resources for current models R/1000.
9 Drive quality improvement upon results of VCPA, internal process/product audits.
10 Provide production the necessary guidelines, tools, methods for containments and improvements
11 Participate in delivery stop meetings or pre-meetings
Qualification:

1 Preferable certified Blue Belt and equivalent 6-sigma training.
2 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering/industrial science or equivalent (Master is preferable)
3 Excellent oral/written English.
4 Minimum 3 years’ experience in production environment
5 Experience & knowledge from automotive industry or equivalent in the areas like:
- Quality Management System
- Problem solving, problem management
- Product and Production process knowledge
6 Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications
7 Strong team player and relationship builder
8 Good interpersonal skills
9 Self-motivator and flexible
