Title: E&I Engineer 电仪工程师

Location: Taicang 太仓

Report to: Engineering Manager, Taicang

Main Responsibilities

主要工作内容

l Planning, organization and execution E&I equipment maintenance to ensure daily production operation. 计划、组织和执行仪电设备维修，确保生产正常运行。

2 Monitoring and analyzing E&I equipment status and updating technical documentation.监测和分析仪电设备状态，及时更新技术文档

3 Conducting the PLC malfunction/failure analysis if necessary 如有必要，进行PLC故障分析.

4 Develop new PLC programs and make modifications to existing ones.

5 Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for E&I equipment.（仪电设备及备件采购）寻找合适的供应商，确认技术参数，根据技术要求商谈并监督（从采购到使用的）整个过程。

6 Participate in engineering activities for small project to improve the plant production performance 参与小型项目的工程设计过程，提高工厂生产能力。

7 Work with corporate engineering to establish control requirements for new equipment.支持配合总部对新设备的控制系统进行设计。

8 Implement and supervise the field E&I works for maintenance, construction, test and commissioning.执行并监督项目、维修、测试以及试车过程。

9 Responsible for instruments reliability, RCA for maintenance issue, preventive maintenance plan. 对仪表可靠性负责，对维修问题做根本原因分析，制定预防性维修计划。

10 Establish instrument spare parts strategy, inquire and evaluate supplier, input PR in SAP system for spare parts inventory re-order.建立仪表备件策略，调查和评估供应商，在SAP系统中输入采购申请补充备件库存。

11 Supply technical assistance for the plant and other facilities. 对工艺改进提供设备上的技术支持。

12 Manage and execute the maintenance documentation/record负责维修文档的记录和管理。

13 Plan and execute the 5S management activity.制定、完善及执行5S管理。

14 Manage the safety issues within routine work scope.工作范围内的日常安全管理活动和安全记录。

15 Monthly report and maintenance performance review.月度报告和总结。

Basic Qualifications

基本要求

l Bachelor’s Degree Electrical , Electronics Engineering or Automation, Industrial Automation & Controls is preferred. 电气、电子工程或自动化，工业自动化及控制本科学历

2 5 - 10 years maintenance / reliability experience in a manufacturing environment. 制造行业5-10年维修/可靠性经验

3 Self-starting, able to perform under pressure, good team work spirit. Good command of English both in speaking and writing. 主动性强，能够承受压力，良好的团队精神，良好的英语听，说，读，写能力

Preferred Qualifications

优先条件

l 3-4 years experience as a Control’s Engineer. 3-4年控制工程师经验者优先

2 3-4 years experience in control of batch and continuous processing utilizing PLCs, packaging and filling system control, and electrical distribution systems. 3-4年利用PLC批处理控制和持续生产，包装和灌装系统系统控制以及配电系统工作经验者优先

3 Experience in design and development of PLC based control systems. 有基于PLC控制系统的设计和开发经验者优先

4 3 – 4 years experience leading process improvement projects for special chemical processes. 3-4年特殊化工工艺领先的过程改进项目经验者优先

5 3 – 4 years experience managing capital projects, involving process controls, field instrumentation, process measurement, power distribution, and system programming. 3-4年管理资金项目，涉及过程控制，现场仪表，过程测量，配电以及系统编程者优先

6 3 – 4 years experience with servo motors and controls, electrical safety regulations, IEC regulations, VFD, and network/phone systems. 3-4年伺服电机控制，电气安全法则，IEC规定，变频器以及网络/电话系统

7 3 – 4 years hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a multi-process batch chemical industry. 3-4年多产品生产的化工行业维护及故障排查经验

8 Intermediate to expert proficiency with AutoCAD. 熟练掌握AutoCAD者优先
