Title: Mechanical Engineer 机械工程师

Location: Taicang 太仓

Report to: Engineering Manager, Taicang

Main Responsibilities

主要工作内容

1 Planning, organization and execution MECHANICAL equipment maintenance to ensure daily production operation. 计划、组织和执行机械设备维修，确保生产正常运行。

2 Monitoring and analyzing MECHANICAL equipment status and updating technical documentation.监测和分析机械设备状态，及时更新技术文档

3 Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for MECHANICAL equipment.（机械设备及备件采购）寻找合适的供应商，确认技术参数，根据技术要求商谈并监督（从采购到使用的）整个过程。

4 Participate in engineering activities for small project to improve the plant production performance 参与小型项目的工程设计过程，提高工厂生产能力。

5 Implement and supervise the field MECHANICAL works for maintenance, construction, test and commissioning.执行并监督项目、维修、测试以及试车过程。

6 Responsible for mechanical reliability, RCA for maintenance issue, preventive maintenance plan. 对机械可靠性负责，对维修问题做根本原因分析，制定预防性维修计划。

7 Establish mechanical spare parts strategy, inquire and evaluate supplier, input PR in SAP system for spare parts inventory re-order.建立机械设备备件策略，调查和评估供应商，在SAP系统中输入采购申请补充备件库存。

8 Supply technical assistance for the plant and other facilities. 对工艺改进提供设备上的技术支持。

9 Manage and execute the maintenance documentation/record负责维修文档的记录和管理。

10 Plan and execute the 5S management activity.制定、完善及执行5S管理。

11 Manage the safety issues within routine work scope.工作范围内的日常安全管理活动和安全记录。

12 Monthly report and maintenance performance review.月度报告和总结。

Basic Qualifications

基本要求

l Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or related discipline. 机械/工程相关本科学历

2 5 - 10 years maintenance / reliability experience in a manufacturing environment. 5-10年制造业维修/可靠性经验

3 Be familiar with piping, pump, compressor and pressure vessel.熟悉管道，泵，压缩机及压力容器

4 Self-starting, able to perform under pressure, good team work spirit. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.主动性强，能承受压力，良好的团队精神，良好掌握英语听说读写

Preferred Qualifications

优先条件

l 1 – 2 years project experience for special chemical processes. 1-2年特殊化工工艺项目经验者优先

2 3 – 4 years hands-on experience of maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in a multi-process batch chemical industry. 3-4年多产品生产的化工行业维护及故障排查经验者优先

3 3-4 years experience with special equipment management. 3-4年特殊设备管理经验者优先

4 Intermediate to expert proficiency with AutoCAD. 熟练掌握AutoCAD者优先
