职位描述：
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
Responsible for master data file; consolidating and validating data input across multiple data sources
Design and develop high-quality analysis tools & templates based on business requirements targeting multiple stakeholders across the whole organisation
Establish databases to combine multiple data sources and provide integrated qualified data on time
Lead optimization projects to improve Commercial Excellence and our key stakeholders’ efficiency. Organize requirement specification, design, develop, test, and implementation with relative business departments
Continuously work to improve efficiency and automate processes utilizing BI system support when possible
Monthly update and maintenance of master data file, performance tools & templates
Keep close contact with business insight managers to make sure tools & templates are optimized and implemented properly

Job Qualifications
Bachelor degree in math, business/statistical analysis, IT or information management & system
5+ years experiences in Pharma/OTC or related industries in an BI role supporting commercial functions (sales, marketing, business development) with systems & data
Fluent in Chinese, and preferably good in English (written and spoken)
Strong personal drive and a proven track record for quick learning
Strong interpersonal competencies
Good team player, with abilities to drive change management
Solid project management experience with ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
Strong BI system knowledge
Expert user in MS Office applications, special requirements to Excel and Access
