职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Lead a team of 4 accountants. Secure a solid operation of Order to Cash as well as inventory management.
?Be in charge of AR function accounting record; Ensure that all billing/recording/communication are accurately and appropriately recorded.
?Review the entries and reconciliations prepared by AR accountants.
?Act as interface between accounting team and business team as well as customers .Solve questions and inquiries and continually make process improvement ;
?Account reconciliation for responsible accounts;
?Good understanding of all systems result-oriented attitude during daily operation.
Qualification:
EXPERIENCE:
6 years experience in accounting and financial area in foreign invested companies

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT:
CET6

COMPUTER SKILLS:
?MS office
?Preferably have experience with QAD

OTHER STANDARDS:
?Knowledge of accounting laws, regulations and standards
?High integrity
?Good sense of compliance
?Detail-oriented personality
?Good communication skill and a team player
