职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Prepare cash and bank related daily reports
?Handle manual payments including domestic supplier payments, employee reimbursement, pay import duty and VAT via Orient Electronic Payment Platform, pay domestic tax via Online Declaration System or bank counter,..etc
?Support the auto payment solution as needed
?Bank slips collection, then attached to the original accounting documents on weekly basis
?Reconcile bank balance with general ledger in SAP and make the balance reconciliation on monthly basis
?Manage Bank account including bank account opening, update, closing and annual inspection
?Prepare business license annual publicity report on yearly basis
?MCRP test and report on yearly basis
?Assist employees to apply credit cards on monthly basis
?Other ad hoc tasks assigned by team leader
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
2. 1+ year working experience in MNC, SAP system experience is preferred. Excellent fresh graduates could be considered
3. Good speaking and writing English
4. Strong sense of responsibility, being proactive and thinking logically
5. Interpersonal skill, good communication skill
6. Capable to work under pressure
