Key responsibilities:
? Provide frameworks, processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution of the strategy across Volvo Car China, in the areas of Performance management Corporate culture Organizational health Business and talent review Change management
? Deliver training/communication to stakeholders on the above areas
? Secure implementation and compliance to processes related to above areas
? Design and develop new HR products and services in support of business needs.
? Lead/Participate in major Talent Management projects
? Actively ensure that development of processes in the area of expertise are in-line with the overall HR and Business strategy and that considerations are made to ensure that the interface with other key HR processes are clear and integrated.
? Keep track of external benchmark to ensure that the process is “best in class”
? Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification:]
? University degree
? 8+ years of experience in HR or related business
? Very wide or deep experience in the subject area
? Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role either as a project manager or a line manager
? Experience in executing global processes locally and working effectively in a global team
? Self-motivated and quick learner, able to work as a team player and independently
? Ability to work under high pressure
? Have a can-do attitude
? Good communication skill
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English, MS-office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and web technologies for internal communication and training delivery
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
