职位描述：
Main Tasks/Position description:

Lead and reduce variability within the agreed warranty scope and from plant internal indicators, e.g. road test, short track, vehicle audit and incoming material audit.

? Lead and coach the Variability Reduction Team in daily operations.
? Perform root cause analysis of issues with support from Problem Analysts in Gothenburg.
? Support development of and drive for ERA (Emergency Reactive Action), ICA (Interim Containment Action) and PCA (Permanent Corrective Action) in order to secure both Product & Process.
? Address concept related issues to corresponding design & release departments.
? Work through cross-functional network in R&D and with Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Purchasing.
? Lead and perform NVH and S&R analysis.
Qualifications or Experiences:
? Project Management capabilities and experience.
? Experienced in working with quality items resolution.
? 6 sigma, Black or Blue Belt.
? Excellent knowledge in English, both written and spoken.
? Driving license.

? Strong feel for Customer Satisfaction.
? Positive attitude, result driven with a proactive mindset.
? Good analytical ability with disciplined work structure.
? Excellent cooperation skills with strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
? Sense of urgency.
