职位描述：

工作职责：
1. Communicate courteously with customer by telephone, email , letter and face to face
2. Takes orders by obtaining and verifying information
3. Enters orders by transmitting information
4. Provides product/service information by answering questions; offering assistance
5. Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log
6. Improves quality results by recommending changes
7. Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions
8. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
9. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
10. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customer
11. Develop service plans and establish case files
12. Organize suitable engineers and prepare necessary tools to provide field service to customer
13. Write service reports analyzing the customer service

经验要求：
1. Hydraulic engineer/technician or mechanical engineer/technician or electrical engineer/technician or similar qualification, also qualified maintenance managers are welcome
2. English knowledge
3. Willingness for short term travel
4. knowledge in MS office
5. Good communication skills
6. Customer Service, Customer Focus
